This is to inform us that the platform for uploading our papers for AE-FUNAI Conference holding at  is now ready. Lets login to the website and check the left page and select conference from the radio button.

In the search box below, list of available conference will be display. Lets look for AE-FUNAI Colloquim  (Special Conference) to select and click enter. If you are existing user on the platform, you can just login and continue the upload of your paper. But if you are new user, you will have to register a new account appropriately.  All fields must be filled. The system takes you to begin submission.


Step 1: Type, Title, Abstract & Keywords

·         Select your submission type.

·         Enter your title and abstract into the appropriate boxes below.

·         You must also include the structured abstract in the text of your article file.

·         When you are finished, click "Save and Continue."

·         A minimum of two keywords are required and a maximum of six.

·         Please use commas between keywords.

·         When you are finished, click "Save and Continue.


Step 2: Authors & Institutions

  • Please ensure all authors are listed. Authors not listed will not have their details published.
  • Enter the author's e-mail address and click "Find". If the author is found, their information will be automatically filled out for you. Click "Add Author"
  • If an author does not have an account, enter your co-authors' information in the boxes below, then click "Add Author"
  • When you are finished, click "Save and Continue."


Step 3: File Upload

  • File names should not contain spaces or special characters such as * . ” / \ [ ] : ; | = , < ? > & $ # ! ‘ { } ( ).
  • Please keep file names short.
  • You must also upload a separate file (title page) showing the article title, ALL author(s) name(s), contact details and affiliation(s).
  • The first file must be your article file. It must not contain any author details or any information that would identify the authors.
  • Upload as many files as needed for your submission in groups of three or fewer. (Larger files take longer to upload). These files will be combined into a single document for the peer review process.
  • All figures and plates should be submitted in electronic form, of high quality and legible (e.g. formats: .pdf, .doc, .docx, .xls). Original figure creation files are preferred. If supplying photographic images set them at a high resolution (300dpi) and at least 10cm wide (e.g. formats: .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .bmp)
  • View your uploaded files by clicking on HTML or PDF. When you are finished, click "Save and Continue."

Step 4: Details & Comments

  • Please read our Publishing Ethics and Permissions Checklist before submitting your paper.
  • Enter or paste your cover letter text into the "Cover Letter" box below. If you would like to attach a file containing your cover letter, click the "Browse..." button, locate your file, and click "Attach this Cover Letter"
  • The cover letter is optional and will not be seen by the journal reviewers
  • Answer any remaining questions appropriately
  • When you are finished, click "Save and Continue."

Step 6: Review & Submit

  • Read the information below for correctness and make changes as needed. If any of the required fields have not been completed they will be shown below
  • If you need to make changes, click on the ‘Edit’ button for the section you need to return to
  • You must check the PDF file at the foot of this page to ensure that it is complete, anonymous and contains your structured abstract. If author names and addresses are included, you must go back to ‘file upload’ step and edit your article file
  • After checking the PDF, you must click 'SUBMIT' to complete your submission. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your paper is successfully submitted.
  • When you are finished, click "Save and Continue."
